Sushil Agarwal embarked on his professional journey with the business at 18, assuming leadership at 21. As a distinguished techno-commercial leader, he established Meenakshi Mills, Abhedya Industries, and Deevyashakti’s flagship Paper business, exemplifying a commitment to innovation and excellence. His visionary leadership and strategic acumen continue to drive the growth and success of the Deevyashakti Group.

Keshav Agarwal holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business, where he graduated as a James B. Angell Scholar. He joined Deevyashakti in 2019 and has been instrumental in establishing the Realty business, launching the first project, “Amara” in 2022. Keshav spearheaded various process improvement projects, including TPM, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies, and led the implementation of digitisation across ERP, product tracking, customer relationship, and vendor support domains. Beyond his avid interest in technology, Keshav is a voracious reader and a passionate skier.
